What should be ready before the installation team arrives?
Access, materials, equipment and coordination: preparation helps reduce downtime.

Check that the agreed scope can start.
Identify available zones and the work sequence. Check that preceding work is complete and other trades are not blocking access. Delivery and storage areas also matter.
Agree materials and equipment.
Before arrival, establish who supplies materials, specialist equipment and access platforms. Our installers’ tools do not replace all equipment required for a particular site.
Identify the people responsible for decisions.
Confirm site management contacts, entry rules and required inductions. Agree who approves hours or completed work and how obstacles and changes are reported.
Agree in advance
- We need documentation, access to the agreed work areas and clear organisational arrangements. Materials, equipment, transport and accommodation are agreed for each assignment.
- Our installers have tools for their work and are insured. Required qualifications are matched to the assignment. Specialist equipment, such as access platforms, is agreed separately.
- Each team includes a German-speaking person. We agree contacts and communication arrangements before starting. Language needs in other markets are discussed individually.
- We agree documentation and billing arrangements before starting. For hourly work, timesheets approved by an authorised client representative form the basis of billing.
We discuss changes before carrying them out, agreeing the additional scope, billing arrangements and any effect on the schedule.
